Patients on long-term medication and approved for repeat prescriptions can order in a number of ways:

  • In person - drop your counterfoil in at reception with the required items clearly marked. If we're closed pop it through the letterbox.
  • By post - send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back to you.
  • Online - follow the link at the top of this page and complete a simple one-off registration. Please note, this online service is available for those over 16 years of age only.

48_hoursPlease allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account. Patients using the postal service should allow longer.

Patients who have prescription items owed by the chemist because they are not available have 28 days to collect the item/s or a new prescription will have to be generated and the patient will be subject to the prescription charge again.
