Booking Appointments Online

Consultations with our doctors can now be booked online.

Please use the link below to register for our Patient Access service.

Patient Access Online Services

A letter is not required in order to register to use this service.  Please note, this service is available for those over 16 years of age only.  Once you have registered online photo ID will need to be produced at Reception when you next visit the surgery so that full access can be given to appointment booking and repeat prescriptions.

Once successfully registered, online appointment booking, checking and cancellation will be available with your doctors.  Up to two appointments at a time may be booked online.

Appointments may be booked online for individual GPs and also for our Advanced Nurse Practitioner.

When booking appointments online please give a reason.

Advanced Nurse Practitioner Appointments with Mandy Murrell

Our Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Mandy, can see patients for a range of appointments, with the exception of pregnant ladies, men with prostate/scrotal or testicular problems, acute bleeding, chest pain, severe depression, post natal check up and children under 2 years of age. For the above, patients should see a GP.

When booking appointments online, please give a reason. She is able to diagnose, prescribe and refer patients as a Advanced Nurse Practitioner.

She cannot see patients for Nurse Procedures, such as Smears, Travel Imms, Chronic Disease Management Reviews etc... during her Nurse Practitioner Clinic:

PLEASE DO NOT USE THE ONLINE ADVANCED NURSE PRACTITIONER APPOINTMENTS FOR ROUTINE NURSE PROCEDURES

Appointments that cannot be booked online

Unfortunately appointments with nurses for immunisations, minor surgery, baby imms, smears  etc...

will need to be booked either on the telephone or in person and cannot be booked online at present.

If you have received a letter regarding your eligibility for an NHS Health Check, then these are carried out by the Public Health Nurses on a Tuesday Morning, bookable at Reception and not online, and you must be in receipt of an invitation letter.
